Quote request form
Use this form TO REQUEST A QUOTE for medical services at your event
We may require a deposit to secure your booking. Your emailed quotation will have details of this if appropriate. Please read the Terms and Conditions.
Once you click "Submit", the Form disappears (rest assured, it's been sent!) - use the Navigation Menu above to continue viewing the website.
Please note: we will normally reply with (at the very least!) an acknowledgment that your request has been received and ask any follow-up questions. If it's been 48 hours and you haven't heard anything please check your junkmail - some security software filters off our reply due to the business email signature - but don't hesitate to get in touch if there's nothing there!
How we do things...
Our Approach
Medics On Scene uses a team-based response model and does not routinely deploy sole clinicians to events.
Our minimum deployment consists of two personnel, providing the operational resilience needed to manage patient care, communications, equipment, documentation, scene coordination and escalation when incidents occur.
This approach reflects our commitment to responder safety, clinical governance and delivering appropriate care in real-world event environments.
Many emergency healthcare systems utilise team-based models because some critical interventions are most effectively delivered by more than one responder.
When planning medical coverage, we consider factors such as:
• The type of event and expected attendance
• The level of medical capability required
• Event duration and operating hours
• Site size, layout and accessibility
• Environmental and activity-related risks
• Communication requirements
• Patient access and transport considerations
• Any specific organiser, venue or governing body requirements
Every event is different, which is why we build our staffing and resource recommendations around the specific risks and operational needs of each event rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
