Our crews are fully trained and equipped to handle both medical and traumatic emergencies on-site, giving you— the event organiser— a strong safety solution and complete peace of mind.
Every team member is Police vetted, driver checked, covered by Public Liability Insurance, and operates under strict clinical standards (New Zealand’s national Clinical Practice Guidelines) and delegated Scopes of Practice. We’re not just there to hold a patient’s hand and wait for an ambulance. Our team is as qualified, experienced, and resourced as frontline ambulance crews. That means immediate clinical care— no delays. If a patient needs transport for further treatment, we’ll coordinate with the right provider to ensure a smooth transfer to hospital or another healthcare facility.

Our clinical team includes highly experienced Registered Paramedic Specialists (ICPs/ECPs/CCPs), Registered Paramedics, and Registered Nurses, supported by a strong group of Emergency Medical Technicians, First Responders, and volunteer First Aiders in training— all current, skilled, and ready to respond.

AFTER AUGUST 1ST 2021, ONLY THOSE WHO ARE REGISTERED AS PARAMEDICS WITH THE COUNCIL MAY CLAIM TO BE A "PARAMEDIC" OR USE WORDS, TITLES, INITIALS, ABBREVIATIONS OR DESCRIPTIONS IMPLYING THAT THEY ARE A PARAMEDIC. THE TERM PARAMEDIC IS PROTECTED UNDER SECTION 7 OF THE HEALTH PRACTITIONERS COMPETENCE ASSURANCE ACT 2003.

- Risk assessments conform to ISO31000:2009 Risk Management
- This is supported by a Quality Management System including the requirements of ISO9001
- Our Medical Director is local and readily available
- Personnel work within strict National Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) for their practice levels and Delegated Scopes of Practice
- Personnel are experienced, expertly trained with front-line exposure. We have First Responders, EMTs, Registered Nurses, Registered Paramedics and Registered Paramedic Specialists (Intensive Care Paramedics/ Critical Care Paramedics/Extended Care Paramedics) - all are professionally qualified with current certification or registration.
